  First of all, it's an airport restaurant, you should know what you're getting into ahead of time. We stopped here on a recent business trip because it was close to our gate, it was extremely early in the morning and quite frankly there weren't a lot of options at that time of day.
  
  Finding a seat at the bar was quicker than waiting on a table, so we went that route. I chose to start off with some Fried Brussels Sprouts, because they are always a favorite of mine. If I see them on a menu, I'm probably gonna order them. I had planned on ordering the Bao Buns because they sounded amazing, but was informed they didn't have them any more. Then take them off your menu if they aren't an option, frustrating. I went with the Hoof and Snout burger as my main since Bao Buns weren't an option. The burger was okay, but my big complaint here was that the pork belly was cooked to a crisp. I get that it's playing the role of bacon, but it was so crispy that it just kind of ruined it.
  
  So, in a pinch I'd stop by again. But we're looking forward to the food court being finished so we have some other options at the airport next time.

  I get this airport food joints aren't awesome, but I was amazed at how bad a simple breakfast like this was. Overcooked bacon and overcooked scrambled eggs. I don't know if these were powdered eggs or what, but I've never in my life seen eggs so dry...and crumbly.
  
  Service was polite but very inattentive since there was only one server and the place was pretty busy.
  
  $12 for almost burned bacon and dry eggs? Well, at least they didn't fk up the toast and tater tots.

  This joint was right next to the gate and I was tired. So, in I went knowing no full well that I was about to spend a good twenty smackers on mediocre food.
  
  I ordered a Diet Coke. It was delivered without a straw. When I asked for one, I was told that it was "company policy" not to offer them. Okay. I get it. The environment is at the top of my list, too. But, I'm disabled. My hands shake. I have trouble getting the glass from the table to my lips without pouring everything down the front of me. Apparently, no exceptions are made for those of us who actually *need* a straw. (And before you get on your high horse about *wHy DoN'T yOu CaRrY YoUr oWn?*, I was in an airport. TSA hates cylindrical metal objects.)
  
  I ordered the Short Rib Mac & Cheese. The short rib was pretty good. It was a tad dry but well seasoned and tender. The macaroni was over-cooked. It was mush. The cheese sauce was bland and flavorless.
  
  The service was okay. I had to flag down the server a couple of times but she was polite and friendly.
  
  I'd likely try to make my way to another establishment if I found myself stuck waiting for a perpetually delayed flight again. This just didn't impress.

  Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. You're dining in an airport terminal so,
  1. It's going to be expensive
  2. It's not going to be gourmet
  
  We had a bunch of time to kill before our flight, glad we walked all the way to the end of the terminal and found this place. Ashley was our hostess and waitress. She was so bubbly and helpful and juggled  a bunch of tables at once without us ever feeling neglected.
  
  There was a decent selection of beers on the menu and even a decent hefeweizen which is hard to find.
  Hubby ordered the burger and said it was good and he is picky .
  
  I ordered the BLT and was pleasantly surprised, crispy bacon and fresh avocado
  
  Give this place a try and remember where you are!

  Microwaved Mac and cheese, fishy spoiled salmon. No good!!! Lots of other great places in SeaTac stay away from this hole.
